CBC: Compact Mount

Ports the Compact Mount from Create Big Cannons: Modern Warfare as a single item

The compact mount is similar in functionality to the original cannon mount from Create Big Cannons except it has a shaft on the side, meaning it can only control Pitch

This is a heavily modified fork of https://github.com/Tryzubnyy/YMW

Deviations from the original project being that the mechanical arm works for autoloading (which is a feature in CBC:MW and CBC)

This mod will be updated continuously to support newer versions and more clean ups are due
