Fixes & Improvements because of Off-Hand Item Deletion Bug

Resolved issue where placing an arrow would also place and overwrite or “eat” an off-hand item.

Arrow placement is now handled exclusively by the new Lapis Chalk item, ensuring off-hand actions remain un-eaten, without restricting normal vanilla behavior.

🧱 Added New Item: Lapis Chalk

Crafted using 4 Lapis Lazuli in a square → 4 Lapis Chalk.

📦 Cleanup & Stability

Removed old lapis-based placement logic and event complications.
