Updated tool-tips to be more consistent with Better Combat's
New Paired attribute for small weapons like knives and sickles, giving them heavy attacks when two of the same category of weapon are being wielded.
Special attacks now support conditions
Attack-based knockback is overhauled, giving weapons more of a range on how strong knockback is.
New Finesse attribute. This attribute, unlike the other weapon type attributes, can be combined with any of the others (Two-Handed, Paired, or Versatile) to parry attacks.
New heavy attack animations and timings made by the wonderful Malfu.
